Standard TC here. Moderate seating places, but packed on weekends. Free refills always a plus point for those carbonated drinks lovers. Service is up to par for a fast food outlet. The seating that faces ice skating ring makes this place a plus point as well who want a "cool" view.

Though the restaurant was crazy busy, the staffs are efficient in adding ice, cleaning up the tables. I was just at another fast food and literally had to wait 40 minutes for a very dismal meal. Thank you Texas for a better meals for my kids. Amazing chicken wrap, fried chicken and burger. Lovely, bottomless drinks. Keep up the good work Best training for the staffs

Good ambience and food. Chicken not so salty and spicy. Good for kids. Nuggets served with bbq sauce is just awesome

Service Service too slow. I've to wait for my order almost ½ an hour even there weren't many customers. That's even after I asked about my order at the counter. Food Look at the spicy level on the menu before you order. Drinks are refillable. Price Reasonable compared to other fast foods outlet in here. Atmosphere You can either dining in or outer foyer.

Clean and comfortable to eat. There is another section where we can eat, separated from the premise but facing the entrance / counter of Texas Chicken. The section overlooks the ice rink located one floor below, which is nice. As always, many Malaysians don't know how to clean up their table / trays after eating. This makes it difficult for the staff of Texas Chicken to "keep track" which tables need cleaning up at this separated section.
